We have not randomly decided our company name Rudraprayag Industries. Rudraprayag is named after Lord Shiva, and the temple of Lord Rudranath which is situated at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Whenever someone take our company name it will remember them the popular destination of Uttarakhand just like our tandoor services a perfect destination to stop and fulfill your desire for tandoori food.
What Our True Potential ?
We provide variety of tandoors which not only satisfy flavor and perfect cooking achievement but also gives an experience of trying something new with us. Well, their are some modern tandoor ovens which uses cooking gas and electricity instead of charcoal. The charcoal or firewood burns inside the tandoor oven itself exposing the cooked item exposure to live-fire and hot air from it. The temperature inside the Tandoor is kept near to 480 degrees Celsius. The food cooked in the Tandoor oven is known as Tandoori.
